We are opening the season!
We begin in ceremony with cacao , and move through the elements to open the new cycle together.
This is more than a yoga class, this is a guided somatic experience. Through immersive headphone sound, movement and conscious breath, Julia gently guides you to align with the Element of the season and fully drop into your body and inner space.
Held by sea, sun, earth and air, inner barriers soften, the nervous system settles and your heart begins to open.
