A water release ceremony and a guided journey into the Element of water. You are enveloped in carefully curated sound while walking the coastline, breathing with the sea and the rhythm of the island.

The headphones allow you to fully drop into your body, your breath, your inner space, while the cliffs, the wind and the water hold the field around us.

At the water's edge we rest for our water ceremony: each of us releases an old story into the sea. Scorpio season invites us to let go of what is complete, so that something new can be born. We share a little nourishing snack before we walk back.
